Frequently Asked Questions

To better your experience with Dynamix, here are some commonly asked enquiries of our products and services for your reference:

1. What is your response time if I were to send you an enquiry via eBay message?

We make it our priority to respond to eBay messages regarding our products and services within one business day from Monday to Friday (UTC+08:00) and we are reachable during weekends as well. Should we have days when there are higher volumes of enquiries, do be patient while we work on replying you the soonest possible.

2. My item has not arrived; can you help me track it?

As we use DHL or Fedex for shipping, the delivery time for all packages to the US is within 2-4 working days while worldwide delivery takes within 3-7 days. If you encounter delays outside of these standard delivery times, feel free to drop us an eBay message so that we may assist you in locating your item.

3. Are my eyes visible behind your mirrored lens products?

Most of Dynamix mirror-coated lenses as well as our ‘Black’ ones completely conceal your eyes from being seen by others.

4. How can I know if my lenses are polarized?

To find out if your lenses are polarized, the easiest test you can do is to hold one lens in front of the other and then rotating one while looking through both lenses. You can tell from an angle that there is polarisation in the lens if it blacks out and blocks all light transmission.

5. Is Dynamix associated with Oakley?

While Dynamix lenses may fit in specified Oakley frames, we neither have any affiliation with Oakley nor sell Oakley brand lenses.

6. How good are your lenses?

We pride our lenses for having high quality for your best sight experience, with most of them being 100% polarized. All our lenses meet federal impact resistance standards, offer 100% UV protection, and have a permanent hydrophobic nano-coating that repels dust and water.

7. How hardy are Dynamix lenses?

All Dynamix lenses are impact resistant, meeting the minimum impact resistance standards of ANSI Z80.3-2003 and EN 1836:2005 as well as the FDA regulation 21 CFR 801.410 for impact-resistant lenses. However, please note that Dynamix lenses are not designed for high-impact sports or industrial safety eyewear as defined in ANSI Z87.1-2003.

8. Can I install my lenses on my own?

9. Something is wrong with my lenses; can you help me out?

While all of our lenses are primarily subject to strict standardization tests for the highest quality, we apologize for any that may bear unforeseen defects or that become damaged during the shipping process. Also, kindly double check that your frame is the same as the lenses that you ordered. Dynamix’s customer care representatives are at your service via eBay messages should this occur. Please note, however, that returns for product that have been altered or modified will not be entertained.

11. Do you accept special orders or lenses?

For the time being, unless they are available in our eBay store, we are unable to cater to specialised orders or lenses.

12. Why are some listings priced differently for identical products?

Our lenses are available through both Buy It Now listings and Auction listings per different buyers’ preferences. While items it Buy It Now listings are normally priced higher, this allows you to purchase them immediately.
